Hi,

Can you please test Cache Connectivity test in RWB. use TXN SXMB_IFR->RWB->Component monitoring ->and Cache Connectivity test. When you open this window, all the components should be green. I hope in your case few of them will be red. Due to some reason PIDIRUSER is not working.

Go to SLDAPICUST and create another entry and use some other user and password which have same authorization as PIDIRUSER. Make the new entry as primary and then test cache connectivity once again.

Sravan, i had same issue and this note helped me. My system is sappi 7.3 sp7.

Сheck that the role SAP_XI_ID_SERV_USER has the status green on "Authorizations" tab.

Hi Sravan,

Have you changed any password of service users for Internal communication like PIDIRUSER or PIISUSER?

If the answer is yes, check the note Note 999962 - PI 7.10: Change passwords of PI service users

Hi,

There is an SAP Note for this problem, have a look if it is applicable for you:

Note 1673399 - PI Upgrade: No RFC authorization for user PIDIRUSER

Hope this helps,

Greg
