Hi i have an issue in Integration Directory Cache
Error:integration server(Abap cache)
HTTP connection to http://abc.:50100../sap/xi/cache?sap-client=800 returns status code '500' (Internal Server Error) in response See error logs for details
same error is coming in multiple systems in ID of PI

Hi,
Can you please test Cache Connectivity test in RWB. use TXN SXMB_IFR->RWB->Component monitoring ->and Cache Connectivity test. When you open this window, all the components should be green. I hope in your case few of them will be red. Due to some reason PIDIRUSER is not working.
Go to SLDAPICUST and create another entry and use some other user and password which have same authorization as PIDIRUSER. Make the new entry as primary and then test cache connectivity once again.

HI all thanks for replies tried this Note 1711301 but no use still the issue is there and no user Passwords Changed when ever we are trying to activate any thing ,we are facing the issue

yes it is in green status in authorization my error is still there when cache is not updating click on the Repeat cache instnce for Update ,we are getting the error,

were this url is actually maintened in our pi system,
My system is PI 731 SP2

Have you changed any password of service users for Internal communication like PIDIRUSER or PIISUSER?
If the answer is yes, check the note Note 999962 - PI 7.10: Change passwords of PI service users

There is an SAP Note for this problem, have a look if it is applicable for you:
