unconfirmed transfer order(inbound delivery)

Dear All,

Getting error msg for inbound delivery "There is an unconfirmed transfer order for item 000001" Message no. VL644  while doing PGI in VL32N for the shipment no(posted in tcode VL31N).

Hi,

Picking activities are not fully completed. You must confirm TOs before PGR.

vbup-kosta and vbup-lvsta must be "C".

i had followed the below steps for inbound process-

1.me21n-created po

2.VL31N-created inbound delivery

3.VL32N-doing PGI and here i am getting error msg "There is an unconfirmed transfer order"

I guess You have not completed warehouse activities.

Check the inbound delivery document flow you can see transfer order.If you find any transfer order open then you need to confirm the transfer order through LT12 before PGR.

Once you canfirmed the transfer order ,Then you can see warehouse goods movement status is 'C'.In your case if you see in delivery it should the status 'B'.

Confirm the transfer order then you can do PGR.

here it is showing 3 tranfer orders..which i shold confirm in lt12.

Yes you should confirm open transfer orders through LT 12.Just enter the document in LT12 and save the document.It will confirm automatically.
