Getting message ''Only set difference indicator for differences''

Hi

I am doing the below process .

This RF is used for putaway Finished goods from ICY deliveries.

Based on the outbound Delivery HU Packing, the user scan the HU label and putaway process is been executed.

Scan HU number  ( barcode on HU label )

When you scan the HU a transfer order for put-away is created with multiple TO item lines.

This is a mixed pallet  -  scan first material  ( barcode on product label)

Scan next material  (barcode on product label)

Verification scan  2 pc of 3

Transfer Order item line is confirmed with difference

The problem arise when you want to scan the next TO item line when you have already the previous TO item Line is confirmed with difference.

At the moment of confirming the systems pop up an error message and you cannot proceed.

Message :

''Only set difference indicator for differences''

Could you please help me for this message

Hi,

Check if a enhancement has been implemented? Probably the difference indicator is not getting cleared while you are processing the 2nd TO line item. Manually clear the indicator at Differences screen and check.
