BRM PFCG launch Issue

Dear All,

I am facing an issue while trying to create a role in AC10. We are at Patch 7. When we click on Maintain Authorization Data, PFCG launch pop-up appears but when we try to open it, it asks to save or cancel it. It seems the system considers it as unknown file type. We are at SAP GUI 7.2 patch 9 hotfix 3 and securityin GUI is disabled.

When we were at Patch 6 and SAP GUI 7.1 we had created role successfully.

Also, when we manually change the role in PFCG and sync it goes to approver but approver can't see approve button. Only two options are available - Other Actions and Close. The approver ID has all GRAC roles assigned and profiles are generated.

Has anyone encountered the similar issues? Any help on this is highly appreciated.

Hi Sabita,

Its the problem with Internet explorer & File Associations.

Check the following note:

Note 604324 - Internet Explorer: The Open/Save popup can't be unprompted
