SPNego on AS JAVA issue

Hello , we have implemented sso on sap portal NW7.3, to many clients its ok...they cannot logout of the portal, but some clients can logout and have to authenticate again against the spnego login module, what could be the reason?

Hope you are doing good.

First of all please make sure that SPNEGO is configured as per :

SAP Note 994791: spnego wizard.
SAP Note 1488409- New SPNego Implementation

For more help, please see the videos in the note. In many cases we have seen that this configuration is incomplete and re-running normally solves the issue.

If the issue perists,kindly run the web diag tool specially developed for kerberos issues  as outlined in
# 958107 - Using Diagtool for Troubleshooting Kerberos with "Security" -> "All"  and reproduce the issue. This should help in more nvestigation.

Thank you, yes, I configured it with those notes and blogs....seems that it was a client issue,

now its ok
