Copying from Order to Billing

D Friends,

Our scenario is as follows: Order--> Delivery--> Billing Doc.

Now we want that while creating Billing Document the Basic Prices should be copied as it is from the order. Hence even if user clicks on the Update button to select any pricing type like C system should not update the price. For this we have maintained G Copy pricing elements unchanged and re-determine taxes in copy control (VTFA) from Order to Billing. In Item Cat. Proposal (Field: PSTYN) we've kept blank. But when the user clicks on Update button and chooses C, system is updating the Prices and Disct/ Surcharge conditions. We want to stop this update. How to do it?

In copy control Order to Billing we've maintained G. Now the issue is that Taxes don't get updated automatically. Taxes get update ONLY if we enter current date in Serv. rendered date. We want that user should not need to enter any date in Serv. rendered date and taxes should update automatically.

How to achieve this? Pls advice some solution.

Hello,

We have currently implemented this (service rendered in VF01 as non-modifiable) at our client site.

This solution suggestion by me above applies here also. You will have to go for enhancement & apply a User exit that will by default take Service Rendered date as Delivery date or any other date that you want.

You requirement cannot be achieved by SAP Standard Setting & you will have to go for enhancement.

Hello,

Try with Transaction Variant (SHD0) or apply a User Exit to make the Update button in Invoice in only visible mode.
