e-mail notifications in EEM

Hi,

Has anyone configured e-mail notifications for EEM?

Can anyone share his experience.

Hi Vishal,

A couple of  setup hints is that the user SOLMAN_BTC must have a valid email address configured and must have the SAP_NOTIF_ADMIN role which is also necessary in order to send notifications.

Are you having problems with the configuration?

Hi Roland,

Have you done it for EEM or you are talking about the general e-mail notifcations from other functionalities.

I have done the config and maintained the recipients list in the proper place. i have followed the following link and need to do some enhancements in a functional module

and if you have done it for EEM do you know the table in which the recipient data are stored.

Hi Vishal,

the enhancements for alerting described in the EEM section are for Solution Manager 7.0 only. Starting from 7.1 you should use the build in functionality. Which version of Solman you are asking for?
