Case Management integration with Engr Change Record

Hello Friends,

Can someone tell me how is Case Management linked to SAP Engineering Change Record. For

example we define the Case Type and Engineering Record Type both, but how are they tied together?

Hi,

Engineering Records are specific Case types. So there is no double maintenance. The Customizing activity for the Engineering Record type only configures how certain things are handled as part of the processing of the Engineering Record, so add on top of the Case type Customizing.
