sales order to delivery control

dear experts,

i created delivery with reference to order when i am creating delivery i can change the quantity

but my doubt is which field it will control in copy control? changing the quantity and with out changing the quantity

please explain

Hi Narendra,,

i think you are using sap ides system, so please follow the below path...

SPRO --> Logistic Execution --> Shipping --> Delivery -->  Define item categories for delivery.

T-Code for Delivery Item category change overview is 0VLP & not OVLP.

T-Code start with 0(Zero) & not with O(Alphabet).

Select desired item catagory & press detail button.

You can see the above screen.

Hi,

Check as Krishna suggested.If you want to allow  a percentage of the delivery quantity then use tolerance limits as i said earlier .

also check in (T-code :0vlp) delivery item category level "check over delivery field" with B or A

save it and try.

Hi,

As per my knowledge it relates to tolerance level . Check in vd51 if tolerance limits are empty you can't change the delivery quantity if you change you will get error as

Delivery quantity is greater than target quantity 2 PC
