Strange screen after executing bbpstart in SRM 7.0

Hello we recently implemented SRM 7.0 in our sandbox.  When I try to execute BBPSTART in SICF I get the initial logon screen.  When I try to continue after that, a screen with data like in the attachment shows up instead of the first screen with menu.  The services are published, and we have tried setting and unsetting the Portal Independent Navigation Frame.  That didn't work.

Has anyone seen this and know how to fix it? (see attachment for what shows up in the browser).

Hello,

This service is not valid anymore in SRM 7.0.

SRM 7.0 uses the webdynpro concept and bbpstart was a service valid in ITS.

On SRM 7.0 you can search for service nwbc or ep as per your settings.

Hello,

ITS services are not supported anymore to be used in conjunction with any version of SRM as of SRM6.0. You can use SAP Enterprise Portal application or NWBC functionality.....
