solman_setup: phase "download notes"

Hi, i have error in the phase "Donwload" for System Preparation.. The status download is "Completely implemented" but not green

I can reset phase download?

Can you check and see if  SAP note 1630074 helps here.

Hi EDRS,

I've checked all my SOLMAN 7.1 setup and this section  always not green. I believe in order to make it green, you need to go to SNOTE and set all applied note to status "Completed"
