MSSQL Database ONLINE BACKUP

Hello Techies,

                                   i need to take  MSSQL database Backup  online . but the  online backup  option is not available in  MSSQL  server management Studio

                                    only offline backup is available. Could any one please help me  with necessary Steps / procedure to take Online Backup of Mssql

                                    Asoon as possible.

Hi Pavan,

In MS SQL server studio, You will not find options like Online,Offline backups. You will get options for Full Back up , Incremental/differential back up and Transactional backup.

So Please perform a full backup even if you are SAP is running. You will be able to perform it.
