How to configure the Customer Master for a Non-profit company which has tax-exemption certificate?

Hello,

In addition to what Lakshmipathi has suggested above, you will have to maintain Tax Condition Records (with Tax Rate as 0%) for the Combination of Tax Classification indicators from Material Master (1) & Customer master Record (0).

Also you will have to define a new Tax Code for 0% Tax & assign the same to above condition Record.

Tax Classification for that customer master should be zero (No Tax).
