sales representative - VPE1/PAL3 cost centre is display mode

When I create a new sales rep. with transaction VPE1,in the view "Organizationnal Assignment" there is a field called "Cost Centre".

I cannot enter any Cost center in this field ,this field is grey and is not available for data entry. if any one has idea how to make this filed active in create/change mode.

Search possible solutions in note 28418 (problems when maintaining sales personnel) and related notes.

Thanks Eduardo for quick reply, but here all feilds are open and working fine, but only cost centre is inactive..means display mode.. SAP note 28418 is to  comeplete set up. how to check my single issue of cost centre.
