Billing reversal

Hi Friends,

Is there anyway to reverse a billing document that stands in VFX3. I know we have to release to accounting and then we have to reverse accounting document and then we can  reverse the billling document. What i wanna know is, is it possible to reverse document without release it to accounting.

Also is there anyway to delete a document that stands in VFX3. If yes can we be able to reverse the billing document after we delete it from VFX3. Need your helps.

Just cancel the billing document in VF11 and update here whether you are able to succeed.  Certain queries can be self answered if we do a test scenario

Hi,

I tried your advice but i got an error

Data inconsistency during processing of document 0090036988.

Again i did not do what i want. Do you have any suggestion?

Check the following notes which may help you:-

1) Note 151267 - VF188 - no cancellation of external billing docs
2) Note 489676 - External billing documents cannot be cancelled due to VF 188
