CRTD CHCR

Dear SAP,

    In a inspection lot i get a status CRTD CHCR .Due to which it didn't allowed me to do result recording.So pls tell me the steps how to release this inspection lot.

Hello Asif,

As a part of Master data for QM you need to create below:

- Sampling Scehme

- Sampling Procedure

- DMR, if required

- Inspection Method

- Master Insp Cahracteristics (MIC)

Once this is created, create a Task List (Inspection Plan) for a particular material using above masters.

Once that's created, system will automatically pick up Inspection Plan in inspection lot and will release it. Also depending upon your set-up of Sampling Procedure, system will calculate Sample.

Only after Insp Lot is released, you'll be able to do RR & UD.

hi,

create inspection plan to the material & assign to inspection lot  . then status will change to release

Create task list in Qp01.

Check usage of the task list should be same as that of the QA02.

Make sure that date for inspection plan creation is prior to that of Inspection lot.

Now in QA02  >  attach task list >go to sample tab....click on sample.

Now save it.

Status will change to REL
