Reversing GR for material components assigned in Project

Hi,

I am having one Project in which few material components have been assigned to Network with procurement type "PReq + Reservation for WBS Element".

For these materials, GR has been done against specific PO.

Now our user wants to know whether can he reverse GR of these items, take out storage location and leave it blank.

So that user will not have an issue to do Goods issue.

Is this possible?

Hello Amaresh,

There is no problem in doing GI after GR.

Our user want to know whether reversing GR is possible once GR is done already.

He in turn wants to remove storage location and keep it blank and then again do GR and then process GI.

You should be able to reverse it.

Hello Tushar,

You can do this , no issues. But when their is special stock ( Q) indicator in PO and when doing GRN for the same , I suppose storage location will be mandatory. You can not keep it blank.

You can keep it blank for the case when PR is Acct Assign to Network (N).
