Delete SO Still appear in the Delivery Due

In SAP 4.7, a sales order is deleted but when I run the sales order delivery due, it is still shown.

Pls advise how to clear this order ?

Hi Stanley;

All I can think off is that the SO is probably not deleted from the VBBE table. I am not sure if this the case. Pls check if you can find an entry for the deleted SO in Md04 or VBBe table. This could be one of the reason that this appears in the dly due list.

To correct this pls run the program SDRQCR21 and remove the SO from the VBBE table.

Pls try this and let me know if this worked.

However, I have checed the SO in the vbbe but there is no such order no. existed in the table.

I have also run the program SDRQCR21 by models, but there is no records need to re-generated.

May I know have you any other suggestion ?

Hi Stanley,

Can you confirm if u are able to see the SO in MD04.Also check the VAPMA table.I will try to look into this in the meanwhile.

Delivery due takes orders from VEPVG table.

Check this table and if your order is there - use program RVV05IVB to reorganize indexes (check OSS note 178328 for possible reason 🐵 )

hi

first u will reverse the delivery bu VL09 and then u will delete the sales order by VA02
