AI_CRM_IM_CREATE_HIERARCHY - A base hierarchy already exists for financing products

Hello SAP (Solution Manager) Experts,

we have a Problem with the SolMan 7.1 SP4. The SLA Escalation has already coustimized but there is no chance the time in the Tickets (Type ZMIN analog to SMIN) did not startet.

Here are the Hierarchy by opening the Report:

After "Running" it comes the Error:

Here are the Definition of "ZMIN":

Please help us...

Hello Michael,

Please check the note Note 1614747 - Report for creating products creates incorrect product.

  I suggest to check using tcode COMMPR01 if INVESTIGATION hierarchy was created. If hierarchy exist, please try run report again with unchecked field 'Create service product'. Hope this help.

When i'm running the TCode Commpr01 i don't see a point whit INVESTIGATION:

Can anyone help us?!?

Hi Michael,

Did you try run report again with unchecked field 'Create service product' ?

I don`t have more ideas, in my case the following solution works:

Please check the note Note 1614747 - Report for creating products creates incorrect product.

  I suggest to check using tcode COMMPR01 if INVESTIGATION hierarchy was created. If hierarchy exist, please try run report again with unchecked field 'Create service product'. Hope this help.

Hi Michael,

Try to perform the following instructions. I had the same problem and it had worked for me:

1. Start transaction COMMPR01.

2. Choose the Create Service pushbutton.

3. In the dialog box that appears, choose the subcategory you created earlier and then choose Continue.

4. Enter the product ID (INVESTIGATION) and a description (Investigation).

5. On the General Data tab page, enter data as required and base unit of measure H (Hour).

6. On the Service tab page, assign the item category group SRVP to the product.

7. If you wish, you can assign the product default values for service contracts. They can be overwritten in a service contract at a later stage.
