Problem with F4 option in VK31 Transaction

Hello Gurus,

We are facing a problem in VK31 Transaction Code in F4 selection. System is not desplaying the available list of Condition types in VK31 selection list. But in VK11 transaction it is showing.

Kindly through some lights to resolve the issue.

Hi Sashi,

We use VK31, VK32 only for standard SAP Condition Types (ex. PR00, KA00, etc) and system asks for which the option right after you enter the VK31 tcode about the type of condition type i.e. select Price (PR00), Discount, Freight(KF00), etc. So by default system knows for which standard condition type you are trying to update the record.  This is the reason F4 button is not displaying values.

If you want to update the condition records for Z condition types then use VK11,12 only.

Hello,

Thanks for Reply. But the system is only displaying PR00 in VK31, not displaying PR01, PR02 etc which are also Pricing conditions and very much similar to PR00.

Please suggest any other options which may cause the issue.
