Hi All,
We are facing the following issue:
In Solution Manager, we have defined a Service Desk scenario. Besides the standard transaction type SLFN, we have defined the custom transaction type ZSCC. Our problem regards the messages created with ZSCC that are created with no EXT REFERENCE NUMBER (obs: the standard SLFN message are created correctly with the EXT REFENCE NUMBER).
Here below what we have done:
Defined the Transaction Type ZSCC and assigned the copied action profile ZSLFN0001_ADVANCED
1) From sppfcadm:
a. In Application CRM_ORDER
Action profile ZSLFN0001_ADVANCED contains ZSSN0001_ADVANCED_UPDATE_DNO where we have set
the Processing type NOTIFTYPE = SLF1.
b. In application DNO_NOTIF
Action profile SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO --> SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO_CRM where we have set
processing type slfn
processing_type_add = ZSCC
We do not have number range problems and we have set in
2)DNO_CUST04
process_type = slfn
process_type_add= ZSCC
Does anyone have some ideas how we could solve this issue?
