Printing TO document

Hi all,

I want to set the Printing of TO documents for Movement Type 101(Gr's),261(GI against Production order) & 601(PGI delivery).

I know that we can take the print from LT31 transaction code but what are the other configuration setting required.

Please outline your valuable views.

Hi,

You need to define the spool codes, printer codes, etc and assign the print programs / printers in OMLV. This is the configuration part.

It will be highly appreciated if you elaborate the required  setting for Print TO for every mov type from begining.

Also what are prerequisite configuratin setting required for it.

I have done setting in OMLV .

But when i am trying to take a print from tcode LT31.

It gives error message below:

"Error in Spool c-call;Spool overflow.

It seems the memory is very less ,Check with basis team to increse the memory.

The setting in OMLV is enough for taking Print from LT31.

OMLV setting ok.To solve the spool error you need to check with basis team to increase the memory.

This should be a Basis issue. The spool memory is low.
