Express document "Update was terminated" received from author

Hi Guru,

I have come to discuss with a issue. While i am going to create production order through co01 system showing data saved, but when i am going to display records system gives me error Express Document "Update was terminated" received from author "". Even this issue is coming with vf01 and other also. I ahve send you sm13 and trace output details. Please help me.
