Incorrect inspection lot status

Hi

In our case  one of the inspection lot is having the system status as DEF where as  they are no defect or notification is assigned to th lot.

Whny we try to take UD we are getting a error messege as " No status object is avilable for QNF xxxxxxxx. "

I know this is becuase of inconsistancy in system status.

Could you please guide us how to stock posting or take UD for this inspection lot. We ECC 6.0 pack level 5.

You can try on work around.First create f2 type of notification manually for same inspection lot & save.

then check inspection lot.

Hi have you created any sttu profile for blocking the UD for pending notification?. If yes the change the user status manually in the UD screen and try to post the UD .

There is no user status profile assigned to inspection lot. The status is sytem status .

In that case the defect might be assigned and then deleted. Go as suggested by Sujit.
