Hi Vijesh,

From your screenshot, I understand that you are using aggregated planning. Have you tried your scenario at a detailed level? If so, have you got the same issue in detailed level planning book?

The important master data setting that drive your SNP heuristics are (even applicable for the aggregated location product)

  • SNP Production horizon
  • Calendar associated with the planning area's storage bucket profile
  • Target stock level or days' supply
  • Safety stock level or days' supply

The important macros that support SNP heuristics are

  • Stock Balance
  • Safety Stk/Reorder Point/Targt Stock Lvl

Please post a screenshot of your detailed level planning and other details (if the issue still exists) for further analysis.

Thanks,

Rajesh

Hi Vijesh,

Please check your lead times in the product master. If you have PL. Del. time or GR time etc it will move the planning results to different buckets. From your scenario it looks like planned delivery time.

Thanks

Dev

Hi Dev,

The problem statement and screen shots suggests in-house production.Planned delivery time is valid only for external procurement and it will not have any influence.

GR time's influence depends on the SNP global settings. You can control whether GR time needs to be considered for SNP planned orders.

Thanks,
Rajesh
