Automate the monthly billing transaction

Dear SAP Gurus and Expert,

Would like to check with you whether is there a configuration to set the monthly billing transaction to be automatically carried out the posting for the furutre one year where the date of the posting for each month is fixed same goes to the Amount of each billing transaction is fixed.

Hi Mr.PPIO,

Can you explain more in depth? cause i only done the background job for report generation only and never done the transaction posting through background job.

If i call up the program in SM36 how about the data in the billing program. How to maintain it in SM36.

please log in to your QA (test) system and try the t-code VF06 (the program RV60SBAT)

or

use SM36
