Single Scheduling Agreement and multiple delivery

Dear Guru's

As per our client they are creating a single Scheduling agreement for a month with bulk quantity date is not specific

And they need to have multiple delivery for same scheduling agreement

eg scheduling agreement done on 1st of the month

and subsequently they do delivery in different dates

qty is different

how to configure in sap, if the same can be address by Sales order please suggest me.

i searched in forum there it was for different sold to party and ship to party but its not relavent for me

so kindly suggest what are the settings to be done for the same.

Hi Kiran,

This is general requirement,

At VA31 you create the scheduling agreement,once you give the sold to party and validity of agreement and material,quantity once you double click on the line item, select the schedule lines tab in that prepare dates on which dates you want to deliver the quantity.

Ex: total agreement qty 500

at schedule line you give like 19.04.2012 - 200

25.04.2012 - 200

01.05.2012 - 100

as per this schedule lines will be confirmed,with the same scheduling agreement number you can do multiple deliveries.

No need to create sale order for scheduling agreements.
