BRM(Business Rules Management) and PI

Just heard the concept of BRM today, searched it and didn't find much useful information:

1. Is it only available in PI 7.3, not PI 7.1?

2. Are there any documents introducing BRM?

3. How PI and BRM related? How to use BRM in PI?

Is there any document discussing the enhanced BRM in PI 7.3 ? Since in PI 7.1, you have to create your Business Rules in NWDS which is a separate envirement from PI in our case. I am just wondering if PI 7.3 integrated the BRM functionality into PI? I couldn't find any BRM document related to PI 7.3.

Really appeciate it if any BRM document related PI 7.3
