ARA 10: Ruleset Functions: Tcode Text Descriptions missing after SP08

HI everyone:

We are on GRC 10.   We initially implemented with SP07.   When we looked at the standard ruleset, and opened the functions, the tcodes were there, but the text descriptions were missing.   We ran the GRAC_AUTH_SYNC and then the transaction text descriptions appeared successfully.

We have now applied SP08, and the transaction code text descriptions are missing again.  We have re-run the GRAC_AUTH_SYNC and this time, it did not fix the issue.  We also regenerated all our rules just to make sure.

If we create a NEW function, and add a transaction code, the transaction code and the text description comes in.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Hi Margaret,

We are also having the same problem on SP8. The t-code descriptions are there but not pulled in automatically when viewing functions, seems to be an issue with webdynpro program.

OSS Note 1712446 has resolved the issue.
