Storage Type block for SD delivery

Need your help on this complex scenario.

Business used One Material for sales and production i.e its mean they selling as well using for production assembly.

When they keep material  for production suddenly any sale order comes, this material picked for outbound delivery.

Auto batch determination maintained @ delivery level.(Batch Managed Material Level)

So objective is- We need to Block the particular storage type during outbound delivery  which is reserved for production.

There is no storage Type visible in SD batch determination and business don’t want implement WM functionality for SD delivery so with help WM we can close but they don’t want WM functionality.

We tried some USER EXIT/BADI etc  but cant achieve the objective

So please provide any idea on this

Hi Kokilan,

Try using the characterisitc LOBM_LGORT in your Batch determination for Delivery.

Maybe this could help you, you would need to have 2 different storage locations to differentiate Production stock / Sales stock and maintain in batch determination in outbound delivery the right storage location.
