Hi,
We implemented the incident management in solman 7.1 and now we can open tickets from our ECC system by clicking on the SAP icon or by going to the menu and press on Help-> Create support message.
Is it there?
Can anyone help me?
If you know the answer please attach a screen shot so i can see where it should be thanks.
