Program to create a Outbound Deliveries

Dear all,

In our company there is a requirement to automate the outbound Delivery creation.

That is users should be able to upload a text file, using the data in text file outbound deliveries need to be created.

But the problem is that, there are can be situations as below;

1. One delivery can combine few sales Orders

2.. On delivery can have few partly process sales Orders

3. One Delivery can include few sales Order line items with adjusted quantities

So i want to know a method which i can used for this any BAPI.

Does the program RV50SBT1 not sufficient for processing the Sales orders, in your case?

Provide an XL file where the user have to key in the following:-

a)  Sale Order Reference
b)  Material Code
c)  Delivery quantity (to validate order quantity less invoiced quantity)

The above data can later be converted into a text file and uploaded into SAP via LSMW or BAPI.  T-Code can be assigned to this, if need be.

 
Here you should be aware delivery split will happen based on what parameters and educate users on this.

What im asking is BAPI which i can use for this option, according to the scenarios mention above.

For this LSMW is not possible.

Yes.There are some standard bapi available and read the documentation of that.You will get and idea.
