Hello Rudy,

This likely means eithe rthe task or the task processor is hung.

Are you seeing the SDCN EWA task running and the red and white ball icon indicating its executing, and its been thre for say mor ethan a day, this is what you need to do.

1) Delete the EWA SDCCN task,

2) de-activate he task processor

3) Re-activate the task processor

4) Run a refresh session tasks to reprocess the EWA task that was hung up.

Paul

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your reply, yes the icon is read and white ball without ending process and it stuck in the TH_SERVER_LIST : Approximate Download with module 000823 phase without any clues or errors.

I have done as per your advice before, clean the process and try it from the beginning, but the problem still the same.

Rudi

Hi Rudi,

Is your ST-API and ST-PI patch levels in managed system and ST-SER and ST-PI and ST-API patches in Solman systems are up-to-date?

Please run RTCCTOOL in both the systems and apply the recommendations.

Thanks,

Jagadish.

Hi Jagadish,

Thanks for your reply.

I am updating ST-A/PI from  01M_CRM570 (old one) to 01N_700CRM, however i can not proceed the saint process due to the following error:

OCS package SAPKITAC4G does not match the current software component vector

I have updated all the recommendations in rtcctool except ST-A/PI, meanwhile, i tried to re-run the EWA report but the problem still the same.

Is it caused by non-updated support tools? as we run the report every week without any problems.

Please advise.

Regards,

Rudi
