Who Approved the Confirmation

Hi Gurus;

We are using SRM 7, classic scenario.

We activated 1-level approval for confirmation.

I need to knwo who approved the confirmation and when.

I cheked table CRM_JCDS and took the status I1022 but the user name is WF-BATCH.

Hi,

WF-BATCH is the Technical user Name for workflow system.  Seems that the confirmation was approved by system automatically.  Please check the Schema settings once again.  How ever you can find the user who approved the confirmation with the following steps.

1. Go to SWI6 Transaction

2. Enter Object type as Bus2203

3. Click on Object Key

4. Enter Confirmation Number

5. Execute

You will find the approver/approvers who approved

Dear RBEI;

Thanks for your helpful answer. But I need to know how to read this information in a report  i.e. in which table is it stored or is there any function module can be used to extract this infformation.

We are writing a report to show who approved SC & Confirmation, etc.
