Publish White Paper

Hi,

I want to publish Whitepaper over SCN.

Can anybody suggest me where and how to publish it ?

Hi Ketan,

In Jive you just need to go to the relevant space and click on create a document.

I would also recommend reading the getting started information for better understanding of how Jive works.

I guess articles are not accepted from the community, instead you can go and create a doc in the relevant space. This new procedure enables to shorten the time it itherwise takes to upload content as the review process will be done by the community.

Hi Ketan,

I do not think any approval process is there before you publish the document.

You just need to go to create->document. Otherwise, you can follow this link:

On the right hand side in this particular link, we have a window ARTICLE and MEDIA CONTRIBUTION. In that window you would find an option to download the SCN Template.

You can create an article using that template and upload it.

Hi Ketan,

Your document will go live as soon as you hit publish.

As for format:

• Provide a brief but descriptive title that includes the product or topic name
• Introductory paragraph that explains what the document describes
  • Include more details about the system information software version the document applies to
• Document content (procedure, description, etc)
• Conclusion
