GRC 10.0 Access Request Management - MSMP?

Hi there,

     I'm working on Access Req Mngt 10.0 SP07, I tried to setup MSMP for user provisioning. One of the post-installation tasks below mentioned info given to enter in Process Global Settings.

Go to IMG under Access Control ==> Workflow for Access Control ==> Activate MSMP Workflow. Select SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST and click on Display/Change. Maintain here the Process Global Settings

EOR Template ID and rest of the three entry fields are not showing in my system. What's the importance of this and what should I need to do in case if it's a must to setup.

Hi Kannan,

    I guess what they've given in the document is a representation of previous SP I guess. Please see the below screenshot for the same detail. In this EOR is End_Of_Request and Submission is Request_Submission. They've changed the matrix on showing up the details.
