hi Pratik,

Are you configured SSO in dual stack system or standalone systems?

if it is dual stack system, make sure that java default client(usually 000)  should not be same as of ABAP client..

Hi Lata,

Just to correct , Usually in Dual Stack systems Java Default client is 001 .

Thanks,

hi Jagadish,

there are two client parameters in JAVA system.

one is ume.r3.connection.master.client, the default value is 001 and second one is login.ticket_client, the default value is 000. we should change the value of second parameter for SSO configuration. The value should not match ABAP clients(000, 001, 066)

In my EP Portal ----->>> System administration----->>>system configuration ----- >>>select the system created and right click on it  ----->>>>>select the connection test  --->>>> and tested there .

the result shows that : Make sure SSO is configured correctly.
