Data Transfer from CRM TO GTS - Can some one Help please

Hi

We want to use CRM 7.0 & ECC as feeder system and transfer data related to Lead, Opportunity etc to GTS for SPL screening. Business process does not allow us to use Service Parts Management, so we cannot activate this part. Can some one guide on this please.

Hi Raj,

If you need to call GTS SPL screening from ECC or CRM systems without full integration (ECC GTS plugin), you can use user-exits or BaDIs that are triggered on the events you mention (Lead, Opportunity) to call GTS and use one of RFC-enabled FMs to do the SPL check. Hope this helps,
