Availability control should not be applied settled values

Hello experts,

I'm configuring my availability control in order to control the budget entered for a WBS.

When i perform my availability control, the system is considering the settlement values as costs, because i settled

my costs by nature cost element (i dont use secondary cost elements for settlement). Transaction OPTK only allows to

exclude cost elements from settlement, but not transaction type.

Is there anyway, to define that a cost element

- is excluded from AVC when it is booked by the settlement transaction

- is included in the AVC when is is booked via any other transaction that the settlement?

Thanks in advance,

Nathalie

Dear Nathalie,

This is not possible in standard system. AVAC will check against all cost booked against the WBS element(s). You can not exclude cost elements, for which settlement has been done. Irrespective of whether you have settled or not, AVAC checks the cost booked on the WBS element against the available budget . I hope this clarifies your doubt.
