sender email channel nullpointer

Hi all, I have configured email sender channel to get emails from a email inbox and I am getting this error:

exception caught during processing mail message[6]; java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.sap.aii.security.impl.cpa.CPALookupObject.getChannel() of an object loaded from local variable 'cpalookupobj'

Any Idea?

It seems cache refresh is the issue. Refresh all cache .

What transport protocol are you using here
