Follow-on document

Hi all,

Where I can find (table or function module) if bid invitation or auction have follow on document created?

Hi Harry,

You can find Follow-on document indicator in tran. BBP_PD.

Select object type eg. BUS2208 and double click on auction name. Next, double click on header details and scroll down to table BBP_PDSET. Table BBP_PDSET have all indicators of follow on documents eg. PO_IND - purchase order, CTR_IND - contract.

I know that in SRM5.0 you can choose what type of follow-on document you can create. Please tell me where I can find this option in SRM3.0 ?

As far I know, SRM3.0 don't have this option yet

If you want to create follow-on document from auction in SRM3.0 you must do a 'small' development.

Hi,

If you want to create eg. PO or CTR from your auction or bid invitation, you can do this by double clicking in an offer (bid) of the bidder. When you accept bidder offer on top of the screen you can find two buttons: Create Purchase Order and Create Concract.

These buttons are only available after accepted bid.
