       How to assign  a S-User for SAP support funtionality in Solution manager?

User is the system user,But what is the contact person number?where this one is defined?

Use T code :AISUSER and mention your user name and conatct person (s user id)

In contact person (S user id ) use the your last 7 digits of your S user id .
