How to cancel Insp Lot with origin 04

Hi All,

I want to cancel inspection with origin 04 so that it will not apprear for usage decision. Process order is closed status, Cancel option in Qa02 is greyed out. Result recording & stock posting is completed. Usage decision is not possible due to BRRQ status & batch record cannot be created as order donont have same status.

Implement SAP note 175842 .Do reversal of stock posting .then cancel the orignal inspection lot by cancellation of material document ( hence can cellation of confirmation )

Hi Sujit,

So i will have to go as : - After impementing note, In MB1B movt type 322 - post batch back to Quality insp stock. Now Batch will have earlier status - then cancel the Insp lot in QA02 & Cancel process order confirmation in CORS. (Process oreder has closed status & donot allow to change)

Can you pls explain?

As per SAP note 175842 ,you need to create a T code where in you have to enter Inspection lot number which you wnat to reverse.sfter this T code run ,Lot status will become SPRQ from SPCO.

No need of MB1B & QA02 here.

Then cancel the Original Material document/ order confirmation..Lot status will become LTCA.
