Maintaining SAP Customer numbers

initiallly after installation of Solution Manager 7.1, to configure MO, S-user must be assigned.

however couldnt find SAP customer number tab in aisuser

during basic setup for customer numbers in spro, in the documentation I found that report AI_SC_GET_SAP_CUSTOMER_NUMBERS automatically fills V_AISAPCUSTNOS.

It didnt work out.

Also, is there any rfc need to be created manually as SM_SP_<customer no>, or it is automatically created,
couldnt find anything on that

can anyone help.

Hi Abhijit,

Goto Tx.SE11. In View type V_AISAPCUSTNOS Goto contents.

Check if your two coustomer numbers are seen there if the second coustomer number is not seen add the entry manually.

Now activate the badi  AI_SDK_SP_RFC_RP through SPRO

Then go and check the Tx.AISUSER. The customer number tab will be seen. Add the customer number and contact person for your id and your good to go in MO.

Hi,

for this you need to activate the badi AI_SDK_SP_RFC_RP configure "Several customer Number" scenario

check in SPRO -> solution manager -> SAP partner -> basic settings for several customer numbers.

follow the spro guide before proceed.

Hi Abhijit,

please complete the system preparation and Basic configuration in solman_setup .

Then you will find solman_admin user asigned  in  aisuser.Then try to add remaining user you needs.

yes i have completed the basic configuration and given the S-ID

scenario here is for multiple S-IDs
