Hi, I have been getting a red bar at the top of the page when I try to use tools from Wiki, like 'add to favorites' or 'watch'. It seems sometimes the click works, but most times it doesn't. I've noticed it last week and again today.
Also, it would be nice if Wiki favorites and watches would integrate more with the new navigation of "Activity, Communications, bookmarks etc". It seems these are very separate in terms of navigation and from personal perspective of content across SCN.
Thank you,
Aaron
Hi Luisa,
I tried again just know and reproduced the error. Please see if you can reproduce it also.
The following page is one of my favorites.
I clicked on Tools -> Favourite (presumably this should remove it from my favorites)
I get the red error a the top of screen saying "Server error while updating favourite Close"
I don't want to send my password or reset it. The fact that Sandip and Moshe all saw the problem with their own profiles suggests it may not be an issue with our accounts?

Hi Aaron,
can you please do me a favor and use some network trace like Firebug or HTTPWatch when executing the favorite action? I get on my side a 503 or 504 error shown with adding or removing a favorite, but only when I use a US proxy. It would really help if you could check this and also let me know where you are located in the world.
Thanks,
Oliver
Hi,
Could you please send me the link and a screen of what you are seeing. My Email can be found in profile.
Thank you,
Moshe

Hi All,
I am from SCN support team and trying to assist Moshe with this issue.
Just tried to reproduce the issue using two different IDs and different browsers but was not able to do so...
@Aaron, Sandip, may I have your passwords to test? You can just send them to my sap business email address and re-set them later at any time. I will try to identify which area the issue is caused by as it does not seem to be stable.
@Aaron, are you still facing this issue?
Regards,
Luisa
Hi, this might not be a browser issue, because as you can see in screen shot above I also had the problem in IE. As I mentioned also the problem seemed random so don't be led to believe that if it works once, it works all the time. I will click around today and try to reproduce the issue again.
