Dear sir,

   During RR Original value not get updated for Qualitative parameter. Before Few Days It is Working correct pls suggest Steps as earliest as possibe waiting for favourable response Attached file for reference i have checked this is summarized result recording only.

1.Original Value get updated.

2..Original Value not get updated.

This is typical behavior of Qualitative char.Just do one thing .Record the result in "Single result screen( click on  ")   & not in overview screen.then check the result.Hope it will work

i have also tried in single result screen but still it is not get updated in original value, this behaviour is happening after application of patch 9 and 10 so pls suggest solution as quick as possible waiting for response....

Dear,

Please check your inspection plan control indicatores properly. If you have generated inspection lot before updating inspection plan then changed will not effect in inspection lot.

Please check inspection plan is assign after changes. If not then you have to delete GR and reassign the same.

Please check there is summarised recording or not. IF not then also it will come.
