Solution manager area menu is not displayed

Hi,

We have newly installed solution manager but area menu is not displayed for solution manager where i am getting CRM area menu.

please let me know how will i change to default solution manager menu

Can you open solution manager function by using transaction code like DSWP ?

I cannot answer for Gopalakrishnan, but in my case there is no problem with calling transaction codes or using the user menu. It is only the SAP menu that is displaying CRM navigation instead of Solution Manager.

I misunderstand your situation. I thought you cannnot see any solution manager toransaction for user and sap menu. But it seems not.

Actually what you see is normal.

There is no special solution manager menue in SAP menu. So as a default CRM_MENU is displayed.

If you want to see solution manager menu as default, I think you can change by changing following customize.

From SPRO.

SAP Solution Manager Implementation Guide

=>SAP Customizing

=>SAP NetWeaver

=>Application Server

=>System administration

=>Definition on initial menu

(Please change this to: AI_SOLAR -SAP Solution Manager)

by doing above change, I think you can display solution manager menu to your initial menu.
