PD and WBS incomplete view after enabling ACL

Team,

I am testing a project with activating ACL. When creating project I can view all the details of PD and WBS; also I can add new users with authorization. Once I save and reopen I couldnt see all details in PD and WBS. Also unable to release project.

Tried to find the issue with SU53 but it showing everything is fine.

Using T code CNACLD removed the ACL except admin and then I can view all the details of WBS but still unable to view PD properly (say Project definition, project description and even the values inside ACL tab evenam the Admin and have full autherization (4) when I created the project.
