We have 2 Solution Manger running under 7.0 EHP1 on Linux/Oracle 10g (A) and HP-UX/Oracle 11g (B)

We wanted to move the SLD information from (A) => (B).

How do we do that?

Also how do we move the configure SMSY ==> server, database, product system, technical system, logical components, solution landscape, project landscape from (A) => (B) ?

We want to consolidate from (A) => (B).

Thanks all but that not what I am looking for. I will perform the migration manually again instead. That will make sure everything is fine.

If I do not want to use the SLD bridge method, how do I going to go about it this for ABAP and also JAVA technical system?

Like for JAVA, should I re-registered it 673144 - J2EE Engine registration in the System Landscape Directory?

For ABAP? How do I registered it?

Steven,

You can also add remote SLD's in step 6.1 of System Preparation from SOLMAN_SETUP.  This would help populate your SMSY data between Solution Manager's.

Hi

For SMSY - you can export the SMSY data and import in another solution manager

For SLD - you need to assign all the system in your new sld I mean to run RZ70 in your landscape (for Abap)

And for java send the data from sap netweaver administration

Hi Steven

You can do that using this step below  ,  however I would also strongly request you to follow the SLD syncronization to transfer data from one SLD to other  as this is the correct way.

TXCODE SMSY

Menu --> Utilities --> Analyses

Mark everything and then export..

Hi

From RZ70 you send data from the manage system to SLD

You need to create bridge so go to SLD - administration - data suppliers

And add bridge to your new SLD

Hi Steven,

To push SLD data from one solman server to other, you can configure a SLD bridge between the SLDs which will push the data from one SLD other when ever the data push happens from the backend/managed systems.

For SMSY data export, check if the below blog is helpful,

http://scn.sap.com/thread/1633810

Thanks,

Jagadish.
