MDM Monitoring using Tivoli

Has anybody done MDM monitoring using IBM Tivoli. We have requirement to monitor using Tivoli and generate HP ticket in case of error events.

You will have to take this is up with SAP, raise an OSS, seeking for Documentation, as i also not able to find any documents for the same.

One solution is to Monitor the MDSS, MDIS, MDMS servers, if you can connect to this servers then, monitoring can be done, but for this you will need a network guy.
